Set up your public Eniris installer profile, present your expertise and publish completed projects on the Eniris website.
Help prospective customers understand who you are, where you work and what you install. Complete your public company profile, keep it current and add real projects that demonstrate your experience.
Your Eniris installer profile is more than a directory entry. It connects your company details, service area, expertise, supported brands and completed projects in one public page on the Eniris website.
Add your company, location, service area, expertise, brands, logo and company photo.
Maintain a separate company introduction in English, German, French, Dutch, Swedish and Polish.
Save project drafts, add technical details and photos, and publish approved customer projects.
Eniris sends you a personal profile link. The link is the key to your profile: do not publish it, forward it outside your organisation or include it in marketing material. Share the public eniris.com profile URL instead. Ask your Eniris contact person for a new link if yours is invalid or has been withdrawn.
Prepare the following information so that you can complete the profile in one session:
Open the link supplied by Eniris. A normal Eniris App or SmartgridX sign-in is not required for this page. At the top of the page you can select the interface language. The profile manager is available in English, German, French, Dutch, Swedish and Polish.
Changing the interface language only changes the labels and instructions in the editor. It does not translate the company text you entered.
After the first publication, the top of the editor shows:
eniris.com;The editor is organised into four sections. Fields marked with an asterisk are required, but optional fields usually make the public profile much more useful.
| Field | What to enter | Where it is used |
|---|---|---|
| Company name | The trading name customers recognise. | Profile title and installer name on project pages. |
| Email address | A monitored customer-facing mailbox. | Contact route for prospective customers. |
| Website | Your full website address. If necessary, the editor adds https://. | Link from the public profile. |
| About your company | A heading and description per language. | Main introduction on the public profile. |
Use a role-based mailbox such as sales@… or projects@… if several colleagues should receive enquiries. Check that the website opens without requiring a customer login.
Enter the address of your main office and select Check address. Choose the correct result before continuing. The verified location helps customers find installers in their area.
Then select every region in which your team actually carries out installations. You can select several regions. The available regions depend on the chosen country, so changing the country clears the previous regional selection. Enable Multiple locations when your organisation operates from more than one branch.
Use the registered or operational address of your own company. Never enter a project customer's private address here.
This section controls the filters and expertise labels visitors use to understand your business.
| Selection | Examples | Good practice |
|---|---|---|
| Who you work for | Residential, commercial or industrial customers. | Select only markets your team actively serves. |
| Solutions | EMS, batteries, charging stations, PV, inverters, heat pumps, HVAC, electricity and other energy technologies. | Keep this list focused enough to remain credible. |
| Brands | Manufacturers with which you have practical experience. | Use the search field; the counter shows the maximum allowed selection. |
| Brand independent | Advice is not tied to one fixed manufacturer. | This can be combined with the brands you know. |
Selected manufacturer logos are arranged automatically on the public profile. You do not need to upload or order those logos yourself.
The company logo is required. A company photo and useful alternative text are optional, but strongly recommended.
Under About your company · per language, select one of the six language buttons and edit that language's heading and description. Company details, service area, expertise and images are shared by all languages; only the heading and company description vary per language.
For a new profile, enter at least one description. Empty language versions initially reuse that text, but you should replace it with a native-quality version for every market you actively serve.
A useful introduction normally covers three points:
The heading can contain up to 160 characters. A changed description must contain 20 to 6,000 characters. Insert a blank line to start a new paragraph. Surround text with double asterisks, for example **certified battery specialist**, to display it in bold.
The editor stores a separate text for each language; it does not automatically translate your copy. Review names, technical terms and claims in every language before publication.
Select Publish profile when creating the profile for the first time, or Publish changes when editing it later. Successful changes are published to the Eniris website and the complete form remains available for future updates.
Open the public URL shown at the top of the editor and check the result as a customer would. Verify the contact address, website link, profile text, regions, expertise labels, brand logos and images. Share this public URL—not the personal editor link—with customers and colleagues.
If someone else changed the profile while you had the form open, the editor prevents an older version from overwriting the newer one. Reload the page, review the latest content and apply your change again.
Once the profile exists, select Manage your projects (Jullie realisaties beheren in the Dutch interface). The project dashboard lists all drafts and published projects belonging to your installer profile. One profile can hold up to 100 projects.
Select Add project to start a new showcase. Only the project name is required to save the first draft, so you can prepare a project over several sessions.
| Section | Content | Limits and publication rules |
|---|---|---|
| Project identity | Project name, municipality or city, country, type and completion year. | Use the municipality, never the customer's street address. The year must be from 1990 up to next year. |
| Project type | Residential, Commercial & Industrial, Utility or Energy community. | Select the closest matching type. |
| Project story | The customer's challenge and the solution you delivered. | Maximum 8,000 characters; at least 40 characters are required to publish. |
| Result | The improvement delivered by the installation. | Maximum 4,000 characters. Publish only substantiated results. |
| Eniris products | Products used in the project. | Select at least one product before publishing. |
| Technical data | PV power in kWp, battery capacity in kWh and charging power in kW. | Optional, positive numbers. Leave a metric empty when it is not relevant. |
| Devices and integrations | Brands, models and integrations for inverters, batteries, chargers, heat pumps or other controlled assets. | Optional; maximum 4,000 characters. |
| Photos | Installation and result images. | One to eight JPG, PNG or WebP files; maximum 4 MB per photo. The first photo is the cover. |
The available Eniris product labels are SmartgridOne, SmartgridOne Cloud, SmartgridX VPP, SmartgridX Monitoring, Eniris BMS, Eniris Advanced Alarms, Eniris Simulations and vZEV / LEG.
| Action | What happens |
|---|---|
| Save draft | Saves incomplete or revised content privately. If the project was already public, its existing public version remains unchanged. |
| Publish | Validates the required information and replaces the public version with the current project content. |
| Take offline | Removes the public version while keeping the project available in your dashboard. |
When editing an existing project, tick Keep photo for every stored image that should remain. Newly uploaded photos are added after the retained images. There is currently no self-service delete action for the complete project record; take it offline and contact Eniris if permanent removal is required.
Before Publish succeeds, the project must have:
Do not include a customer's name, exact address, licence plate, access code, monitoring screenshot or other identifying information unless it is necessary and the customer has explicitly approved public publication. Remove metadata or details that reveal more than the project needs.
The public installer profile can show your country, target customer groups, solutions, company introduction, supported brand logos and a contact action. It also links visitors to your published projects.
Each published project receives a public project page with:
Projects also appear in the Eniris project gallery, where visitors can filter by project type, country and Eniris product. Taking a project offline removes its public version from both the project page and the gallery.
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| The personal link is invalid or withdrawn. | Ask your Eniris contact person for a new profile link. |
| The address cannot be confirmed. | Check the country, street, house number, postal code and municipality; then select the matching address result. |
| An image is rejected. | Use a supported format and reduce the file to less than 4 MB. Project photos must be JPG, PNG or WebP. |
| A language is unavailable. | Publish the other languages and ask Eniris to activate the missing website language. |
| The profile changed in another browser or session. | Reload the editor, review the current data and submit the change again. |
| A project cannot be published. | Check the publication requirements above, including the consent box and first photo. |
| Changes are temporarily rate-limited. | Wait a few minutes before saving again. Avoid repeatedly pressing the publish button. |
