Unify brings site monitoring, equipment, alarms, follow-up and reporting into one portal. Start at unify.eniris.com. The account selected in the left menu determines the sites, dashboards and settings you see.
The screenshots in this manual use a fictional Unify Demo account. Site names, people, identifiers and measurements are invented; they do not describe a customer installation.
The interface follows the account's dashboard type. An account configured for asset monitoring uses sites and asset-oriented dashboards. An administrator can choose this under Dashboard settings; it is an account setting, not just a preference on your computer.
Use Sites to find installations requiring attention. Check when their latest readings arrived. Open the affected equipment before interpreting a zero as a fault: no production at night, missing telemetry and a controller limiting power are different situations.
For a performance review, choose a completed period, such as yesterday or last month. Today's values are useful for operational follow-up but are still incomplete. Compare sites over the same period and consider their installed capacity.
The sidebar switches between portfolio functions. The installation tree changes the selected equipment within a site. A Help button opens the relevant manual article in a new tab so your current work stays open. The help center groups all articles and provides a topic search.
Use the help center to find a guide, or use Help on the page you are working on. Fictional demonstration data.
Viewing, editing and administering an account can require different permissions. A locally added profile does not create access to an Eniris account. Ask the account administrator to check the underlying membership when an account or site is missing.
