Read the site overview, use filters and distinguish data status from plant performance.
The Sites page is your entry point to the selected account's installations. Card and list views present the same portfolio; the map helps locate and open a site.
Search or filter the portfolio, then open a site card. Equipment badges identify PV, storage and charging stations. Fictional demonstration data.
Equipment badges identify technologies such as PV, batteries, charging infrastructure and controllers. They describe the known installation structure; a badge does not prove that its telemetry is current.
| Information | What it tells you | What it does not establish |
|---|---|---|
| Data availability and latest reading | Whether the portal has recent readings | Whether every device is producing correctly |
| Installed DC capacity | The configured PV peak capacity | The instantaneous output |
| Active / total inverters | The daily activity indicator for mapped inverters | Contractual plant availability |
| Specific production, PR and availability | Performance indicators with their own measurement requirements | A completed-day result while today is still in progress |
Use the indicator explanations and timestamps when a value is blank. A dash is an unknown or unavailable result, not a zero. A missing site image also does not mean the site's measurements are unavailable.
Daily PR ordering is an operational view and can change as readings arrive. For a monthly assessment, open Analysis or a saved dashboard and choose the previous month. Use the same dates for all sites, then inspect coverage before comparing the percentages.
Clear search and status filters, verify the selected account and refresh once. If it is still absent, check site-group membership and your access rights. Changing the sort order cannot make an inaccessible site appear.
