Build a report in Unify, add charts and tables, then export or plan delivery.
Reports is the entry point for saved reports and templates. Report editing stays within Unify; there is no need to use a separate reporting portal.
Open an existing report or select New report to start another. The Automatic label identifies a scheduled example. Fictional demonstration data.
Available controls depend on the selected report type. The contents panel orders the sections; the settings panel changes the selected component or the report as a whole. Account branding supplies the applicable appearance.
Start with the report template that matches the information you need, then choose its scope and period. Fictional demonstration data.
Choose Add component, select the chart or table type and configure its source measurements. Check the selected site, time range and units. A chart component without a valid series selection cannot display production data. Reorder components and use page breaks where appropriate, then inspect the preview.
Changing report settings and changing the selected component are different operations. If a field seems unrelated to the chart, select the chart in the contents panel first.
Use Export PDF for the formatted document. Where available, CSV and Excel XML export provide tabular data; Excel XML is not the same file format as an XLSX workbook. Inspect the exported pages, especially wide tables, legends, page breaks and missing-data messages.
Open the report's scheduling controls, choose an available frequency, set the recipient and period settings, and save. Check whether the schedule uses a rolling completed period or a fixed range. A fixed October report should not accidentally be reused as the November result without updating its period.
Sending a report is a separate action from saving it. Review recipients and the preview before using Send. If opening or exporting fails, preserve the saved report and retry the failed step rather than creating repeated copies.
