Configure logos, colors, typography and the account presentation.
Branding controls the portal's account appearance, including supported report and email presentation. Use it to provide a consistent identity without changing the underlying monitoring data.
The preview shows changes while you work. Saving applies the supported branding to the account. Cancelling restores the previous settings rather than publishing the preview.
Use the preview to review the selected identity and colours before saving the account branding. Fictional demonstration data.
A logo suitable for a white report page may disappear on a dark sidebar. Supply separate light-background and dark-background versions where needed. Choose text and status colors with enough contrast, and inspect both charts and small labels.
The branding controls include supported login-page text and support contact details. These contacts appear in the help experience, allowing users to reach the right organization. Check the email address, telephone number and support URL before saving.
The account's asset-monitoring context uses Unify terminology. Branding should describe the organization and portal, not expose another customer's name through a shared preset.
Create a preview or PDF from a representative report after a branding change. Inspect the actual output, especially logo placement, table readability and chart legends. A portal preview alone does not establish that every printable component remains readable.
