• Look up / ask the communication protocol or API documentation to the manufacturer of the device and include it in your request.
• Include the contacts of the right technical persons of the manufacturer of your device.
• Provide a test installation.
• Include how many installations you already have with this device.

For devices without a protocol

We kindly invite you to implement the Sofar EMS protocol, which will work out of the box with the Sofar EMS. You can download the specifications through this link.
