Browse supported monitoring devices, platforms, gateways, APIs and contextual data sources.
SmartgridX Monitoring can combine measurements from manufacturer platforms, meters, data loggers, building systems, weather services, market feeds, and structured files. The data is mapped to the SmartgridX device hierarchy so that it can be used in dashboards, device pages, alarms, reports, and public displays.
SmartgridX can combine local, cloud and scheduled data routes in one monitoring environment.
This catalogue describes data collection
A listed integration means that a supported data route exists for monitoring data. It does not automatically mean that every model, firmware version, measurement, alarm, historical interval, or control function is available. Eniris verifies the exact scope before commissioning.
Provide the following information for every new integration request:
| Item | What to provide | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Installation | Customer, site name, address or country, time zone, and requested go-live date | Prevents data from being assigned to the wrong site or time zone. |
| Equipment | Manufacturer, exact model, firmware, serial numbers, and number of devices | Determines whether the available data route matches the installed equipment. |
| Source | Platform name, portal region or URL, and whether data is available through an API, shared account, file export, MQTT, or a local gateway | Selects the correct connector and onboarding procedure. |
| Scope | Plant, site, system, device, meter, EAN, or other source identifiers | Defines exactly which assets may be imported. |
| Expected data | Required measurements, alarms, historical depth, and preferred interval | Confirms whether the external source exposes enough detail for the intended dashboard or report. |
| Validation | A recent screenshot or export containing the source values and timestamps | Makes it possible to compare SmartgridX with the source after commissioning. |
Do not place passwords, API secrets, private keys, or refresh tokens in the text of a support ticket. State which credential type is available. Eniris Support will provide the appropriate secure handover method. Where the provider supports user sharing, create a dedicated read-only integration user instead of sharing a personal administrator account.
| Route | Best suited for | Additional requirements |
|---|---|---|
| Manufacturer API | Cloud-connected assets already visible in a supported manufacturer platform | API entitlement or plan, key and secret or OAuth credentials, account permissions, source IDs, and provider region. |
| Shared manufacturer account | Platforms where installations can be shared with a dedicated integration user | Dedicated read-only user, access to the requested sites, site identifiers, and confirmation from the owner. |
| FTP or file push | Supported data loggers and recurring CSV, XML, JSON, TXT, or Excel exports | Supported logger and format, export interval, time zone, filename convention, destination configuration, and outbound network access. |
| MQTT | Gateways and platforms that publish measurements to a broker | Topic structure, payload example, units, timestamps, publishing interval, TLS requirements, and device identifiers. MQTT credentials must be requested through the distributor. |
| Local gateway or controller | Fast operational measurements from Modbus, PLCs, local HTTP interfaces, or other site protocols | Reachable endpoint, protocol settings, register or tag mapping, network route, firewall rules, and an on-site commissioning test. |
| Existing file or database export | Historical imports and project-specific data deliveries | Representative sample files, column definitions, units, time zone, decimal format, unique device identifier, and delivery schedule. |
Choose the category that matches the device, platform, or contextual data source. Every category contains the supported integrations and the information Eniris needs before activation.
Supported cloud and platform integrations for solar, battery, heat-pump and EV-charging monitoring.
Supported sources for metering, sensors, gateways, PLCs and building-management data.
Supported wind, fleet-management and specialist monitoring data sources.
Supported weather, electricity-market, tariff and grid-context data sources.
English setup guides for every available SmartgridX onboarding connector.
Prepare datalogger export, request Eniris FTP credentials and verify measurements in SmartgridX.
An integration is accepted only after the following checks succeed:
Monitoring is not control
A cloud or file integration that is suitable for dashboards and reports may be too slow, read-only, or insufficiently available for local control, peak shaving, or VPP operation. Those applications require a separate technical assessment.
If a source is not listed, submit the manufacturer, model, firmware, protocol or API documentation, sample payloads or files, required measurements, and expected project volume through the Eniris integration request.
