The web portal is built around an energy-asset hierarchy. You start with a portfolio or site-type overview, open an installation, move through its descendant devices, and inspect the charts or operational tools that are relevant to that device.
The portal is intentionally configuration-driven. The Insights application builds its navigation from the active company, selected view, available site tags, connected device types, page settings, feature licences, and your role. Two users can therefore have a different menu without either view being incorrect.
SmartgridX connects a portfolio overview to the technical structure inside every site. Depending on the integration, you can move from a complete installation to individual inverters, batteries, meters, chargers, MPPT trackers, PV strings, battery racks, cells, phases, connectors, and finally their measurements or alarms.
SmartgridX keeps every measurement in its operational context. Start broad, find the site that deviates, and drill down until the responsible device, component, or signal becomes visible.

A missing menu item is usually intentional
Reports require reporting to be enabled. The FTP tool requires its feature flag. Public-display management is owner-only. User management is shown to owners and administrators of supported site types. Device sections are also filtered by page settings and role.
The portfolio is the starting point for locating a site and deciding which installation needs attention.
