Choose useful time ranges and interpret chart resolution, units and missing readings.
Use the period controls to choose a day, week, month, year or supported custom range. The chart heading shows the actual interval and, where applicable, the site's time zone.
Today's range stops at the available time. Yesterday and last month are useful when you need a completed calendar period. Calendar days follow the site time zone; daylight-saving changes can make a day shorter or longer than 24 hours.
Drag over a range in a supported chart to zoom. Asset-monitoring power charts request a finer available resolution as the selected interval becomes smaller. Use Reset zoom to return to the original range. Older fine-grained measurements may no longer exist, so zoom cannot manufacture detail that the source does not retain.
Hover or select a datapoint to inspect the time, series name, value and unit. Use the legend to distinguish measured production, expected production, grid power and setpoints. Series can have different sampling times; check each reported time rather than assuming every tooltip value is simultaneous.
Use the legend and axis unit to distinguish measured production, expected production and grid power. This example shows one day. Fictional demonstration data.
Power in kW is a rate; energy in kWh is an amount over time. A setpoint is a requested operating value and is not a measurement. Production charts show generation in the production convention, while battery and hybrid AC cards have their own explained sign conventions.
A missing segment is not zero production. A flat zero can be a valid reading, for example at night. If only a short portion of a long period is visible, verify the range and source availability, then retry the affected section. Do not change installed capacity to repair a missing time series.
