Sofar Documentation: Understanding and Leveraging the SG-Ready Standard This document provides a comprehensive overview of the SG-Ready standard, with a specific focus on how Sofar utilizes the applicable modes to provide maximum value to our customers.

The Three SG-Ready Control Modes Used by Sofar
- Normal Operation (00): This is the default mode where the device operates autonomously, ensuring comfort and efficiency.
- Forced Block (10): This mode is used for grid stabilization, temporarily disabling the device to reduce grid load.
- Forced Boost (11): This mode is used for self-consumption and grid stabilization, forcing the device to operate at maximum power. The SG-Ready interface consists of four distinct modes, but Eniris's strategy currently focuses on three of them, which are transmitted to an SG-Ready enabled device. It is crucial to understand these modes and their intended use.

Binary Code	Mode	Sofar Purpose	Manufacturer Interpretation
00	Normal Operation	Default mode. Device operates autonomously for comfort and efficiency.	The device operates according to its standard, predefined settings.
10	Forced Block	Grid stabilization. Temporarily disables the device to reduce grid load.	The device is immediately and completely switched off. It will not operate until the signal changes.
11	Forced Boost	Grid stabilization. Forces immediate and full operation.	The device is forced to run at maximum power, regardless of its internal state. Used for grid services or to meet peak demands.
