An implemented telecontrol connection exchanges aggregated active/reactive-power telemetry, receives active-power limits and production-stop requests, and provides a communication-loss fallback. It uses Ethernet IEC 60870-5-104, not Modbus.
The DSO-issued connection profile is required: common addresses, information-object addresses and scaling must be supplied for the actual connection. Physical SCADA interoperability testing has not been completed, and no other DSO's addressing may be assumed.
