Cablaggio
RS485
I contatori della serie ABB B (B21, B23, B24) utilizzano una connessione RS485 a 3 poli. Collega questi al EMS come segue, basandoti sulle marcature dei terminali del contatore.
1. Pinout del Dispositivo (Contatore ABB)
Questa tabella mostra i terminali presenti sul contatore stesso.

IMPORTANTE: Risoluzione dei Problemi
Le etichette 'A' e 'B' non sono universalmente standardizzate. Se il EMS non riesce a trovare il dispositivo durante una scansione, spesso è dovuto a un errato cablaggio.
Inverti i fili A e B (tra il controller e il contatore) e prova a effettuare nuovamente la scansione.
2. Pinout del Controller e del Convertitore
Questa tabella mostra i pin corrispondenti RS485 sui controller e convertitori Sofar. Abbina i segnali 'A' e 'B' dal contatore (vedi tabella sopra) agli 'A' e 'B' del tuo controller.

- If the wiring shown in the table below is incorrect, please let us know.
- There is no general consensus in the industry about the usage of A and B for the RS485 polarity, so it may be counterintuitive and opposite of what you might expect for some devices.

Configurazione
NOTE: RS485 Device Addresses
- You MUST give each device on the RS485 bus a unique address. Check the manual of the device on how to do this.
- Use lower addresses first (1, 2, ...) because the Sofar EMS will find them faster!
- For each device, it is generally recommended to stick with the factory default baud rate, parity, and stop bits. The Sofar EMS will scan on those first.
Usa le seguenti impostazioni Modbus nella procedura guidata dispositivi del EMS. Queste sono le impostazioni predefinite per il contatore:
- Baudrate: 19200
- Indirizzo Modbus: 1 (o l'indirizzo impostato sul contatore)
- Parità: Pari
- Bit di stop: 2
