Configure the WebdynSun destination and check compressed CSV delivery.
Before changing the logger, request dedicated FTP credentials from Eniris. Provide the site name, logger model, firmware and serial number, time zone, devices to include and installer contact. Eniris supplies the destination address, protocol, port, username, password and remote folder. Use the issued settings exactly; do not substitute your manufacturer portal login.
Follow the preparation and acceptance checklist. Confirm the export format with Eniris using an original sample file before commissioning. A working FTP connection alone does not prove that measurements can be imported.
Webdyn documents this sequence in its WebdynSun configuration FAQ. It also explains that delivered data files contain CSV compressed as GZ. Preserve the original files when sending a sample to Eniris. Do not assume WebdynSunPM or another gateway has identical menus.
Provide the gateway ID, firmware, connected device list, time zone and an original export. Eniris must confirm the measurements, upload schedule, directory layout and required definition files. Changing the remote server may affect the existing configuration workflow, so agree the destination change with the operator first. The WebdynSun user manual describes its remote configuration files and data formats.
Record the upload time and result. Ask Eniris to confirm a new file in the assigned folder and measurements in the correct Insights account. Compare device IDs, timestamps, units and values with the logger. Check another scheduled upload to confirm that recurring delivery works. The initial SmartgridX retrieval can only process files that have already arrived.
If no file arrives, check the issued destination, credentials, folder and network access. If a file arrives without measurements, send Eniris the filename, logger model, export settings and affected time range. Keep passwords out of screenshots.
