A useful SmartgridX environment depends on more than a successful login. Complete onboarding in layers so that hierarchy, telemetry, access, and automation all refer to the same assets.
The application builds its routes only after authentication, company data, view configuration, the device forest, white-label settings, and user preferences are available.
Choose the workflow that matches the source:

Before styling dashboards or enabling reports:
Validate the hierarchy and one representative chart before continuing with presentation or automation.
Page visibility should be checked per role, not only from the administrator account.
Configure the portfolio fields that help each audience make a decision; hide fields that add noise.
Add each person's email address to the narrowest role that satisfies their responsibility. Verify the result as that role; do not rely on the role name alone.
Membership chips make the effective role assignment visible before handover.
After data and access are correct:
Only activate recurring supervision after the underlying streams, scope, timing, and recipients have been verified.
Do not automate unverified data
Alarm notifications and recurring reports amplify configuration errors. Validate the installation hierarchy, signal units, timezone, and one representative reporting period before enabling customer communication.
