The current User profile page shows the email address associated with the authenticated user and provides the password-change workflow.

Change your password

1. Open the user menu and choose User profile or Account settings.
2. Confirm the email address shown on the page.
3. Enter your current password.
4. Enter the new password and submit the form.
5. Wait for the success state before leaving the page.

The profile component sends the current and new password to the authenticated password-update endpoint and displays validation, authorisation, or unexpected-error feedback returned by the service.

Security recommendations

• use a unique password;
• do not reuse controller, FTP, or email credentials;
• remove old role memberships when responsibilities change;
• use password reset instead of asking another person to share credentials;
• report unexpected company or installation access immediately.
