Profi Nrg CSV setup

Import the supported Profi Nrg CSV file format. The source must deliver files in the format expected by this connector; renaming another file to CSV does not convert it.

File onboarding is complete only after the source export, secure delivery, field mapping and recurring arrival have all been checked.

What to provide

Provide your company and contact person, the intended Insights account, the source identifiers and explicit permission for the requested scope. Include a recent source example for verification.

Set up the connection

1. Identify the source logger or export system and supply an original sample file. Confirm model, firmware, format and time zone with Eniris.
2. Agree the delivery route. For an Eniris FTP destination, request dedicated server, protocol, port, username, password and folder settings from Eniris. Use the agreed protocol exactly.
3. The installer or source owner enables recurring delivery. Eniris configures the accessible source location and device/field mappings; creating a meter does not configure the remote source.
4. Send a test file and record its timestamp. Eniris verifies arrival before starting collection, then compares the processed measurements with the original file.

Configure the datalogger

The installer configures export on the datalogger using FTP credentials supplied by Eniris. Follow the Datalogger CSV and FTP setup for preparation, model-specific options where documented, and the test upload. Eniris must confirm the exact model and export format for this connector.

Check the result

Check that the first collection completed, then open the intended Insights account and verify the relevant measurements or metadata. Compare source IDs, timestamps and units with the original source. Check the next scheduled execution as well. An active schedule or a healthy job alone does not prove that every requested measurement was received.

For ordinary onboarding meters, creation requests an immediate first run and keeps recurring collection active. Source publication times, upload intervals and provider limits still apply; immediate collection cannot manufacture missing source data.

If setup does not work

If no file arrives, inspect the logger/export status, destination, authentication, network route and folder. If files arrive but no measurements appear, provide the filename, format, source identifiers and timestamp so Eniris can check parsing and mapping.

Costs are not established for this connector. Confirm provider access, export licences and any project charges with Eniris before activation.
