Zoho Merge Accounts setup

Merge accounts according to the configured Zoho workflow. Merging can alter existing customer records.

An automation should have a defined trigger, restricted access, validation, observable execution and a usable audit trail.

Connection type: Internal automation.

What to provide

Name the responsible Eniris operator, the approved scope and the expected outcome. Configuration and service credentials stay with the internal operator.

Set up the connection

1. Ask the Eniris owner of this automation to agree its purpose, affected records/accounts and expected changes. This entry is not a customer meter connection.
2. The Eniris operator configures the required service access and scopes. Do not request internal administrator credentials from the customer.
3. Review a bounded test scope and its expected outcome before activation. For messaging, permission, merging or CRM workflows, the first run may change records or send messages.
4. Verify the intended action in the destination system and check for unintended changes before allowing the recurring schedule.

Check the result

Verify the expected records or actions in the target system and the execution status. A meter dashboard may not apply. Review the effects of the first run before continuing a recurring automation.

If setup does not work

Contact the responsible Eniris operator with the job reference, expected action and observed result. Avoid repeating a write or send action without checking whether it already happened.
