Sems Plus portal connection setup

Read measurements through a Sems Plus monitoring account that Eniris owns and manages. You do not hand over your own Sems Plus login: you share the agreed plants with the Eniris address for your company, and Eniris creates the account and sets its password afterwards. Only plants shared with that address can be collected.

Share only the agreed plants, then create a ticket so Eniris can activate the account and collect the data.

Connection type: Portal connection.

Set up the connection

1. Open Sems Plus and go to the details screen of the plant you want to share.
2. Tap the menu icon and choose Share Plant.
3. Tap Add Sharing and enter the Eniris address for your company, for example yourcompany@eniris.be. The address does not need an existing Sems Plus account; the app registers one for it. If you are unsure which address to use, create a ticket and Eniris confirms it.
4. Repeat for every agreed plant.
5. Create a ticket with Eniris stating your company, the shared plants and the intended Insights account.
6. Eniris activates the account, chooses its password and creates the connection. The first collection takes some time to run; Eniris verifies the retrieval and confirms when the measurements arrive.

If setup does not work

Provide Eniris, in the ticket, with the connection name, account/site scope, time of the attempt and the exact error. Check that the agreed plants are still shared with the Eniris address before retrying. Share a source screenshot or sample without passwords or tokens.

Access and costs

Onboarding classifies this portal connection as free. This label does not establish the terms of a separate provider subscription or equipment licence.
