Translation settings

The current portal combines built-in application translations with translations stored in the organisation settings. This is especially important for configured site tags, types, dashboard labels, and white-label terminology.

Recommended workflow

1. Enable only the languages the organisation will maintain.
2. Keep the underlying key or tag value stable.
3. Add a clear label in every enabled language.
4. Test navigation, tables, device menus, reports, and public displays.
5. Check mobile layouts for longer translations.

What to translate

• site-tag labels shown in the main navigation;
• organisation-specific contact, document, or alarm type labels;
• configured dashboard headings and KPI labels;
• public-display text blocks where the template expects translated content;
• white-label product terminology.
