Configure, preview, download, and distribute reports using the current SmartgridX report model.
The current reporting page manages report instances. A report instance combines a reusable template with a period, device scope, formatting, mail configuration, and access rules.
Reports are shown only when reporting is enabled for the organisation and the page is visible for the current role.
An empty list means that no report configuration is available in the current view; it is not a report-generation error by itself.

The template editor only offers configured dashboard routes whose path ends in -report. A template must have a name, route, at least one period, and valid group configuration before it can be saved.
The report engine resolves the following values for each selected device group:
From these settings, the portal calculates the available content windows and their generation dates. You can choose one of those windows or use a supported custom range.
Why a delay is useful
A monthly report does not always need to run at midnight on the first day of the next month. A delay gives slower data sources time to deliver their final measurements before the PDF is generated.
Contained entities decide which devices or role-linked assets supply data to the report. This is separate from who may open the report configuration.

Keep editing and viewer-management rights limited to operational owners of the report.
Recipient resolution can use a supported simple strategy or a configured custom function. For the simple workflow, add the intended addresses, choose the language, and review the subject and body.
Preview with real scope
A visually correct preview with the wrong device group, timezone, or period is still an incorrect report. Validate one known energy total and one known alarm or KPI before activating customer distribution.
