How to Add Contacts?

Contact records store information about individuals, including:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Language
  • Preferred method of receiving information

Steps to Add a New Contact:

  1. Navigate to the Contacts section in the settings platform.
  2. Click "Add new contacts" to create a new contact record.
  3. Fill in the required details (name, email, phone, etc.).
  4. Save the contact.

Once saved, contacts are accessible throughout the platform and can be easily added to an installation, streamlining the reuse of contact information.

Steps to Add a Saved Contact to an installation:

  1. Navigate to the Contacts section in the desired installation platform.
  2. Click "Add saved contacts" to add a saved contact record.
  3. Choose the contact name and type
  4. Click "Add".
