Configure the tile layout

Tiles provide a fast visual scan of selected installation information. The current portal reads the available elements from the configured dashboard page and can apply different visibility settings for owners and visitors.

Enable only the tiles that help each audience decide what to inspect next.

Configure visible tiles

1. Open the portfolio view for the relevant installation group.
2. Open its page settings when your role permits it.
3. Select the element or tile visibility section.
4. Choose the audience whose view you are changing.
5. Keep the most decision-relevant tiles visible and save.
6. Verify the result using the intended role or preview mode.

Design a useful tile set

• include one freshness or availability indicator;
• show the dominant energy flow or production KPI;
• add state of charge for storage portfolios;
• expose alarm state when the viewer is expected to act;
• avoid repeating the same value in several visual forms;
• keep customer views simpler than operational views.
