Eastron SDM630 Energy Meter

Adding an SDM630 over Modbus TCP preserves the TCP connection type, avoiding a device being stored with the wrong protocol selection.
A custom read-only variant interprets an SDM630 as a wind-generation meter with the appropriate power direction. It measures generation and does not curtail the turbine.
An updated implementation exists for SDM630 over RS485 and Modbus TCP. Deployment and migration must be checked against the existing device connection so its history is retained. This update is distinct from the wind-generation monitoring variant.
