Keep installation documents attached to the correct device and visible to the intended roles.
The Documents entry appears in a device's Features menu when document visibility is enabled for that device type and authority.
Choose the configured document type before selecting the file. The available types come from dashboard settings.

Respect document access
A document inherits the context and visibility of its portal location. Do not upload credentials, private contracts, or personal data unless the configured audience and retention policy explicitly allow it.
