Some SmartgridX environments include a configured incident-surveillance dashboard that aggregates conditions across several sites. This is not a universal static route in the current Insights application; it appears when the active view supplies the matching dashboard route and configuration.

Verify the configured route
Because incident surveillance is dashboard-configured, field names and available triggers can differ by organisation. Use the labels in the active portal and test the threshold with a controlled condition before relying on it for escalation.
