Request and handle source-specific FTP credentials securely.
For a new connection, follow the datalogger setup guide. The customer or installer configures export on the logger using FTP credentials supplied by Eniris. Use the issued destination and folder settings for this connection.
FTP credentials are provisioned for a specific data-ingestion workflow. Request them through the approved Eniris support channel and include:
The source identity belongs in the tool; the password itself should never be copied into documentation or screenshots.
Do not reuse or publish credentials
Store credentials in the organisation's approved password manager. Do not place them in documentation, tickets visible to unrelated users, screenshots, or public-display templates.
After configuration, verify both file arrival in the FTP tool and resulting telemetry in the correct installation. A successful login alone does not prove the mapping is correct.
