Combine installations structurally

The current Insights code does not expose a general one-click merge installations feature. Combining assets means changing their hierarchy or configured dashboard representation and should be treated as a structural migration.

Safe approach

1. Define the intended parent installation and its physical boundary.
2. Inventory the existing sites, devices, streams, users, alarms, reports, contacts, documents, and targets.
3. Decide whether child histories remain separate or require an approved aggregation view.
4. Create or select the parent asset.
5. Link descendants using the supported hierarchy-management workflow.
6. Validate energy totals and avoid double counting.
7. Recheck roles, alarms, reports, and portfolio tags.
