Beta support overview

In beta and available on request. The additions in this overview require the matching integration or controller update and are not confirmed as part of the standard customer release. Request them through your existing Eniris support conversation. The status applies to these additions, not to every existing function of the devices listed elsewhere on this page.

Supported Devices

Connection

The communication between the Sofar EMS and the Wallbox EV Charging Stations is established through API and Modbus TCP. No physical cables are required to the Sofar EMS.

Settings

Pulsar | eM4 | Quasar 2

No additional settings have to be made on the Wallbox side.

Supernova

1. Open the WebManager of the Supernova
2. Go to "Configuration" > "Modbus TCP"
3. Set the "Power Management Mode" to "Current"
4. Set a static IP address for the Supernova
5. Set the "Port" to "502"
6. Save the settings

Beta integration details

Wallbox improvements

A configured minimum charging current can be exposed per connector. Pause/resume handling around the 6 A threshold and phase estimation are also improved to avoid repeated charging interruptions.
