In beta and available on request. The additions in this overview require the matching integration or controller update and are not confirmed as part of the standard customer release. Request them through your existing Eniris support conversation. The status applies to these additions, not to every existing function of the devices listed elsewhere on this page.

The communication between the Sofar EMS and the charging stations is established through API. Make sure the charging stations have a functioning internet connection.
Make sure the charging station is connected to the Internet and Zaptec's portal. When you add the charging station to the controller, you will be prompted for your portal login to add your station. Have this information ready ahead of time.
No additional communication wiring between the controller and the charging stations is required. Configure the charging mode and available current in the Zaptec portal before using Controller to manage charging.
Use a Zaptec account with the Owner or Service role on the installation, not only on the charging station. On recent software versions, Controller sets the 3-to-1 phase switch current to 0 A itself while it controls the charging station, and puts back the previous value when it stops. Changing this installation setting requires one of these roles. Without one, charging control still works, but the controller shows a warning naming the account's role, and keeps the charging current above the switch current. The installation owner grants roles in the Zaptec portal.
Controller adjusts the maximum charging current for each charging point according to the available capacity at the site. The available-current settings in Zaptec remain an additional ceiling: a higher current allowance from Controller cannot override a lower limit in Zaptec.
Choose a safe current limit. Account for the main fuse, charging circuits, cabling and other building loads. Do not rely on active EMS control alone when choosing this ceiling: the installation must remain safe if EMS communication stops. There is no single current value suitable for every site.
Check the charging mode and all three available-current values in Zaptec first. Then compare Controller's permitted current with the actual charging current. The vehicle, cable and number of phases in use can also limit charging power.

Charger control when the connected vehicle's phase count is unknown; installation-level control with one shared available-current budget across the installation. The shared budget must be commissioned for the installation topology.
