This integration monitors ADS-Tec StoraXe modular battery containers via Modbus TCP on the SofarEMS. It provides read-only telemetry; curtailment and dispatch are not supported.
Device discovery relies on the StoraXe toggle bit (input register 6) alternating between 0 and 1. Keep this diagnostic register enabled; disabling it will prevent the integration from finding the system.
The controller reads the serial number from registers 203–207. If those fields are blank, the integration falls back to a generated identifier.
