The Sofar EMS and the Dyness inverters communicate via RS485 or Ethernet.

A monitoring-only custom integration exposes the power and energy of third-party PV connected to the SmartPort. It uses the V2.6-or-newer protocol fields. It does not add control of the third-party inverter.
