Hybrid PV limiting applies the limit to PV generation rather than unnecessarily limiting the complete AC output, which can include battery discharge. A separate SunSpec improvement writes an unchanged dynamic power limit only when necessary. Commissioning must select the change for the actual SolarEdge connection.
A custom SE12.5K variant configures the ramp rate once and avoids repeatedly resetting an unchanged dynamic production limit. It includes a communication timeout and release path. Register scaling was checked on the investigated inverter; physical response and fallback must be commissioned on each target configuration.
