An RS485 implementation provides inverter/PV/battery monitoring and prepared battery power control for HES1. It includes communication-watchdog handling. The automated test could not exercise the new integration because it was not configured on the test installation; complete physical commissioning remains pending.
A separate HP3 implementation uses the SunSpec interface with battery-control additions. Manufacturer-specific confirmation of the battery-control sequence and a physical test are still required. Automatic migration is not enabled. Do not infer HP3 control validation from the HES1 implementation.
